During this 6 week experience we will embark on a “noticing and attending” to different aspects and benefits of mindful movement. Tai Chi Flow draws upon the gentle and continuous flowing movements from the Tai Chi and Qigong traditions. Tai Chi Flow is appropriate to any fitness level. In the Tai Chi Flow there is need to prepare or memorize, simply to be present, breathe, and follow along.
Cha Dao — The Way of Tea — Tea Ceremony with Oleana on Saturday, 2/21, 9-10 am
You are warmly invited to join a Tea Ceremony — a quiet gathering to share tea in stillness and simplicity. The ceremony is rooted in the traditions of Cha Dao — The Way of Tea — a path of harmony, respect, purity, and tranquility. In making space for Tea, we learn to create a space to pause, breathe, and connect with our true Self, with one another and with Nature. We will share a few bowls of tea together in meditative silence. There will be a few moments at the end for discussion, reflection and questions. No previous experience is needed. Everyone is welcome. Come as you are.
Journaling Through Grief (Mon. 2/23, 6:30-8 pm) with Nikki The Death Doula
Grief is hard. It can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and painfully alone, with emotions that show up uninvited and refuse to leave. If you’re navigating loss and wondering if you’ll ever feel like yourself again, you’re not broken, you’re grieving.
There are many ways to process grief, but journaling is one of the most accessible and powerful tools out there. In this grief journaling workshop, we’ll talk honestly about what grief really is, why it hits so hard, and how writing can help.

This will be a great day to talk mental health, as artists (comedians, writers, painters, dancers, singers, instrumentalists, etc). We will have mental health facilitator therapist Carrie Evans on hand to answer questions and guide our discussion. This is a free event, but you must RSVP to attend. A Community Healing Circle with Susan
In the midst of the heaviness created by ongoing oppression and injustice within our country and local communities, this gathering offers a gentle space to come together in collective grief, reflection, and healing.
We will begin with a guided meditation in a comfortable, relaxed position to help settle the nervous system and create a sense of safety and presence. From this grounded state, participants will receive hands-on Reiki energy healing, offered by Susan, to support emotional release, restoration, and balance.
Following the healing experience, there will be time for optional sharing, connection, and quiet integration, allowing us to witness and support one another in community.
