Whenever you wonder why a movement, exercise, or pose is difficult for you, something is awry. These sessions will shed light on some of these mysteries and help you cultivate Curiosity about ‘How could this be?”, Reverence for your body and how it functions, and Inspiration for how to work with it! You can expect to gain ideas for the Minimum Daily Requirements in great care of your feet, hips, hands, shoulders, neck, head, and back.
