Solidarity Through Song: Resisting Oppression through Joy & Compassion: An Evening of Music & Meditation-- w/Anne, 5/2, 6:00-8pm

Join us at The Be Sanctuary for an evening of singing and meditation to uplift our spirits and support our nervous systems as our country, our democracy, our neighbors, and the natural word are experiencing unprecedented threat. Or in the words of the Singing Resistance Movement of Minneapolis, we sing to provide emotional solace through “grief, rage, and a stubborn insistence on love.”

Our Solidarity Through Song event will be lead by Anne Comarda, LISW, psychotherapist at The Be Sanctuary.
