During this 5 week experience we will embark on a “noticing and attending” to different aspects and benefits of mindful movement. Tai Chi Flow draws upon the gentle and continuous flowing movements from the Tai Chi and Qigong traditions. Tai Chi Flow is appropriate to any fitness level. In the Tai Chi Flow there is need to prepare or memorize, simply to be present, breathe, and follow along.
