BODYSSEY: Movement & Meditation (6/6, 6/13, 6/20, 6/27, 7/11, 7/18, 7/25)

Life is Intense! Even when good things happen to us. Your Bodyssey is the ongoing journey of tending to your body and the impact that has on your life.

Whatever your age, your body needs your attention to live with presence, gratitude, curiosity, compassion and reverence.

This summer at the Be Sanctuary Bodyssey classes we will blend the wisdom of Instinctive Meditation into our sessions.

We will study how to....

- set yourself free to rest in yourself

- make time for inviting your inner knowing to occur to you

- recognize that Life means for you to thrive

- give yourself permission to flow with and metabolize all the energies of Life

- cultivate and sustain a vacation state of mind

- realize Meditation is time for nurturing your future self

We’ll continue to explore our anatomy with simple movements, discover insights on how movement could be easier and freer and have some peaceful and enjoyable meditation time too!
