Join Jen for a gentle Tai Chi Flow and soak in the rhythm of summer. Think fresh air, open space, and movement that feels more like a sway than a stretch. Together, we’ll step out of the busyness of the season and into something a little slower, a little lighter. We’ll move with intention—breathing, flowing, and following simple sequences inspired by Tai Chi and Qigong. No need to prepare or memorize anything. Just show up, follow along, and let your body ease into it. All levels welcome!
