“Sangha” is a Buddhist term that means Community. During this hour we gather to honor each other’s presence, share our joys and concerns, listen to music/sing together, hear a short wisdom/dharma teaching, and engage in silent meditation and sharing on the topic of the teaching. We gather to practice mindfulness together. We explore what it means to live with more presence, more compassion, and more alignment with our deepest values. No prior experience is required, and there is no belief system to adopt. Just a willingness to show up, slow down, and pay attention, together.
