This will be a great day to talk mental health, as artists (comedians, writers, painters, dancers, singers, instrumentalists, etc). We will have mental health facilitator therapist Carrie Evans on hand to answer questions and guide our discussion. This is a free event, but you must RSVP to attend. This donation-based "social justice sound bath" blends the relaxation of a traditional sound bath with themes of social justice, aiming to provide a space for community connection around social issues. The first 30 min. is devoted to learning about a non-profit organization (for this session, the "Gifts of Kindness" Columbus Foundation fund) & holding space for conversation around related issues of social justice; the second 30-minutes features a restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath.
