Join Mary Sinclair for some practical, effective and life changing insights to help you get through your holiday travels, shopping and food preparations. Recuperation and resting positions will also be addressed for your recovery any time of day or night.

Join us on November 20 for a gentle, nourishing evening devoted to slowing down and embracing intentional rest. Together we’ll explore why rest matters, what holds us back from it, and be guided into deep peace—so we can unwind from the shift of seasons and prepare our hearts for the holidays ahead. Bring a journal, pen, and any items that support your coziness.

Think of this as “office hours” at The Be Sanctuary, but in the most fun way! Collaborators will be facilitating activities centered around the themes of body wellbeing, social justice, and creativity, and you can tour the space and “feel the vibe” of our amazing community!
