Tai Chi Flow is a mind-body exercise using gentle and continuous flowing movements from the Tai Chi and Qigong traditions.

Some benefits of Tai Chi Flow:
Increased flexibility
Increased balance and coordination
Improved mental focus and calm
Release of unneeded tension in the body and mind

Tai Chi Flow is appropriate to any fitness level. In the Tai Chi Flow there is need to prepare or memorize, simply to be present, breath, and follow along.
