This donation-based "social justice sound bath" blends the relaxation of a traditional sound bath with themes of social justice, aiming to provide a space for community connection around social issues. The first 30 min. is devoted to learning about a non-profit organization (for this session, the Mid-Ohio Food Collective) & holding space for conversation around related issues of social justice; the second 30-minutes features a restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath.
